Abstract

This essay wants to analyze the latest Ministry for the Cultural Heritage and Activities regulatory reform impact on its peripheral organization. Although the 2009 regulation proves weak and unable to solve many of the structural and functioning problems the Ministry apparatus and its territorial offices have experienced so far, further amendments are not recommended now. Taking into account that this is the forth Ministry regulatory reform subsequent to the ninth legislative reform in ten years, what the Ministry for the Cultural Heritage and Activities central and peripheral apparatus seems to need most is stability, so to be carefully tested before undergoing more changes.
