Abstract
The article introduces the Schema Therapy model and illustrates the psychotherapeutic intervention in a case with externalizing disorder focusing on the methods of meta-representation of mental states used in Schema Therapy with children and adolescents: the Mode Sketch and the Schema Cards. Finally, the basic characteristics and clinical applications of Schema Therapy for the developmental age are explored.
