The essay by Doren Lustig and Joseph Weiler, «Judicial Review in the Contemporary World: Retrospective and Prospective» (2018), draws a cartography of the evolution in the ways domestic constitutional orders have been addressing international law as well as its transformations, its changing regulative structure and impact.
