Abstract

This article aims to map the main interpretative tendencies dealing with the complex legal category of the interposition, what is here defined as a legal kaleidoscope. To do so, the article starts from the case law of the Constitutional Court, to then expand its focus to legal scholarship, so as to define the current perimeter of the category.
