Abstract

The Author analyses the concept of constituent power in Carl Schmitt., in order to retrace, by means of the genealogical method, the origin of constituent power seen as dissolution of any transcendency of power, starting from Schmitt, through Nietzsche and up to Spinoza. The Author relates the Schmittian concept to the 'natural' power of Spinoza.
