Abstract

Political gender violence against indigenous women constitutes in the Mexican context a problem that has been regulated through various laws and jurisprudence. However, it is not enough and the most effective way to eradicate this problem is to know its origins and try to eliminate the causes. Electoral justice has been one of the many tools that have been used for this purpose in said system.
