Abstract
Africa has a huge economic development potential, and many markets rely on it to emerge from the global economic crisis. But what is Africa's geopolitical role today? Based on the connections between international development cooperation, investment flows and political relations, the article describes the Third Continent's outlook on the 2010 worldwide scenario.
