Download

Abstract

Intangible cultural heritage refers to a network of goods - both tangible and intangible - linked together by a common geographical, material or identitarian dimension. The legal status of intangible cultural heritage generates complex questions about the formal attribution of powers and functions. The essay analyzes the so called administrative agreements as the best legal instruments to manage the valorization of intangible cultural heritage within the Italian legal system.
