Abstract

The NRRP has been able to re-evaluate gardens and historic parks as expressions of cultural heritage, but also as assets characterized by multifunctionality and potential also in terms of socio-economic development of the territories. Hence, the investments proposal according to two guidelines: the promotion of projects aimed at the recovery, restoration, maintenance of these assets; the financing of courses for the training of a specific professional figure, "the art gardener".
