Abstract

Technological innovation and digitalization facilitate large and fast deconstruction processes of the regulatory framework relating to employment relationship and make the social identity at workplace more vulnerable. Many ambivalences also are revealed between freedom and control in advanced technological application. Probably the most difficult and complex challenge that the job regulation must face concerns the fight against social insecurity and existential precariousness, as well as in the employment relationship
