Abstract
The paper aims to investigate the complex intertwining of building redevelopment needs and the necessary unity of urban planning realized by Apulia Regional Law No. 20 of 2022. Subjected to the legitimacy scrutiny of the Constitutional Court, the Apulian law seems to fit within a matter – that of territorial government – that, especially following the amendment of Article 9 Const., needs a clarifying law, also to make concrete innovative strategies of building requalification implemented by the PNRR.
