Abstract

The aim of this paper is to analyze the state of implementation of the actions of the Piano Nazionale di Ripresa e Resilienza in Campania from a quantitative and qualitative point of view, focusing on Mission 6 on health. In particular, we will focus on whether and how the two profiles interact with the objective of overcoming gaps between citizens. With regard to the definition of the scope of the funds, the question will be asked whether the choice of national criteria is in line with those of the EU and, if not, whether this has concrete implications for the allocation of funds in Campania. On the other hand, the analysis of the quomodo will allow a discussion on the real autonomy space of the Regions in the realization of the investments on their territory. The case study is given by the definition of the standards for the health networks (M6C1) that could lead to deficiencies in the regional health system in Campania, with a view to what could happen after PNRR.
