Abstract

Inspired by French law, the author wonders about the ways in which social security and welfare benefits are compatible with a work activity in Italian law. He reaches the identification of the various existing models of integration between remuneration and social benefits, focusing on the coordination between labour law, social security and welfare protections. According to the author, this coordination plays a key role for the introduction of a generalized minimum income instrument in the Italian legal system.
