Abstract

This paper analyzes the legislative interventions (in canon law and in the law of the Vatican City State) of Pope Francis. Every sector of canon law and vatican law (Roman Curia, marriage law, penal law of the Vatican City State, etc.) seems to have been affected by the reforms of the Pope, whose interventions, however, remain along the lines of ecclesiastical tradition and demonstrate a certain substantive continuity with the work of his predecessors.
