Abstract

The essay deals with the issue related to the growing constitutional relevance of the digital «field». More precisely, the main research question is the following one: which have been the most important transformations, especially from a technologically point of view, which have led to the need to complement the antitrust regime with the tools (and categories) of constitutional law? Finally, the essay tries to explore the notion of digital constitutionalism, with the aim to specify the scope and the nature of the concept
