Abstract

Bobbio observes that law and power are sides of the same coin but «it will always be the law that will have to carry out the arduous but unavoidable task of defining and containing» power. The essay proposes a control method based on the interaction of sources and on the mutual influence of Rules and Principles of different origins. With a contamination capable of building new subjectivities, rights, and duties, drawn from an order based on national law, the community system, international ties, the Authorities and judicial precedents.
