Abstract

The article discusses the evaluation of compatibility with regard to historical-artistic and landscape constraints carried out by the authority in charge of the protection of cultural heritage in the case of building interventions directed to overcome architectural barriers in private structures. Furthermore, the article also examines such assessments in general, providing proposals for reform.
