Abstract

The news of the new edition of the Book "The right for cultural heritage", Il Mulino, 2017, by C. Barbati, M. Cammelli, L. Casini, G. Piperata, G. Sciullo, provides an opportunity for the Director of Aedon to remember the complexity of the challenges of cultural heritage governance and indicate the direction that the regulatory, institutional and administrative system should take to face up these and measure itself with the changes in progress.
