The Commons into Italian Legal System among "Myth" and "Reality"
Abstract
The article examines the Italian legal regime of commons. In the first part of the paper, the author attempts to reconstruct the relevant qualifying traits of commons into Italian legal system. In the second part, instead, the author carries out certain considerations about their prospects for legal policy.
