Public-private partnership and cultural heritage valorization: the latest change
Abstract
This study discusses the impact of European Court of Justice, C-196/08, Acoset, sentence on cultural services and cultural assistance services. Arguing from this sentence, the study concludes that both types of services would benefit from broader use of public-private partnerships.
