The breadth and limits of regional powers in regulating ope legis landscape assets: wooded and forest areas
Abstract
Article 9 of the Constitution, referring to “the Republicµ, implicitly calls for coordinated action among all the institutional actors for the pursuit of the set objectives. The aim of this paper is to investigate the regional powers in the field of regulating landscape assets ope legis, electing as a field of analysis forest areas, the subject of the recent Constitutional Court sentence no. 135 of 3 June 2022.
