Abstract
Is the new «Housing Plan» of the Renzi Government opening a new season in housing policies? Are public housing policies changing their "course"? In this article the author discusses the main points of the d.l. 47/2014 approved by the Italian Deputy House last 20th of May, outlining its strenght points and the weaknesses. Although the good will of this law and the positive meaning of some measures included it does not seem to open a really new and long term horizon in this important field of social policies.
