Abstract
Through the example and patterns offered by music, this paper investigates different systems of relationship among individuals and leadership models. We move from the coexistence of musical notes, which create different types of sound relations, to the very coexistence of musicians, who work together to make the magic of music happen. The leadership work is presented by conductor Aldo Ceccato and by jazz musician Paolo Fresu.
