Abstract

How to get out of the crisis? First of all, it is necessary to identify the protagonists of innovation, and to find adequate resources. Institutions play a fundamental role in finding capitals through different tools: a type of taxation that reduces the gap between invested capitals and annuities, legal certainty about 'selflaundering' and fraudulent accounting crimes, taxation of assets, and the fight against tax evasion and avoidance. Furthermore, it is fundamental to have the participation of companies, institutions, workers and citizens in order to understand which goods it is necessary to produce, and which products have a lower impact on the environment, and are instead able to endorse it. All of this should occur without the production system being subjected to the 'dictatorship' of the market. It is not possible to innovate without workers' knowledge, cleverness and efforts.
