Abstract
Every legal order is a perspective which makes it possible to qualify and evaluate events and human actions. Relativism, nominalism and pluralism in legal theory stand as conse- quences of the application of the notion of perspective to human knowledge. A communi- cational theory of law understands concepts as «legal order», «legal system» and «legal framework» as an impressive set of communicational related processes that produce texts.
