In the academic year / the
University of Naples "Federico II" offered
first-year students attending some faculties
the opportunity to participate in a process
of balance of skills in a narrative key.
Through the writing of experiences gained,
skills acquired, interests and attitudes, but
also of their aspirations, the student gains a
greater understanding of the self. This type
of balance emphasizes the processuality
and circularity of individual biographies,
in line with a "narrative" model of the
person and of their skills.
