Abstract

On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the death of Palmira Cipriano (1946-2006), professor of Glottology at the Sapienza University of Rome, some of her students and colleagues organised, in September 2016, a conference in her memory. The occasion, born as a moment of sharing a common patrimony, has shed light on all the scientific heritage left by Palmira Cipriano, whose interests have spread in different fields, where she left an indelible mark and on which many scholars still continue to work, demonstrating the vitality of that "scientific lymph" she has been able to convey to them. The paper summarises the topics discussed by the conference speakers.
