Abstract
This article aims to analyze the memoir of U.S. political scientist Samuel P. Huntington, The Big Picture: Collected Thoughts on the Events of 09/11 and the Changing World Order (Diamond Inc. 2002). Starting with the reasons behind its non-publication outside Japan, the essay is going to bring out, through its first English draft (May 07, 2002), some aspects of Huntington’s political thought after the September 11 attacks
