Abstract

The essay deals with three main topics: 1) what distinguishes the texts ascribable to humanities from other cultural texts; 2) the involvement of sensitiveness in the search for sense; 3) the value of Aesthetics in the legal field. After having identified in the “opening of senseµ the main quality of texts ascribable to humanities, the second aim is to bring out how the feeling works well in understanding what exceeds reality. The third aim consists in highlighting value that Aesthetics has for those who work through law, which, conceiving norms as artworks, could elaborate the most appropriate legal form.
