Abstract

This forum discusses some of the key issues that Fancesca Zanuso has addressed in her last writings, published in the book "Diritto e desiderio". Taking into account her position on procreative rights, Salvatore Amato, Anna Pintore and Paolo Moro analyse the conceptual means by which she outlines and develops her thesis and, more in general, her dialectical approach to the contemporary debate in bio-law.
