Abstract
The aim of the essay is to explore how, starting from the general framework defined by l. n. 328/00, in Italy are implementing many and varied experiences of relationship and roles between old and new institutions and subjects of the Third sector. The proposal is inspired by ethnographic and qualitative research and by experiences of consulting and training conducted in various districts in two Italian regions (Emilia-Romagna and Lombardy).
