Abstract

The evaluation includes a quantitative study on customers, institution representative and service operators and a qualitative study on privileged witnesses. All stakeholders interviewed express a positive opinion on service, operators professionalism and quality of activities. Centre's non-institutional and family-centred approach represent his efficacy while the recreational area is only the circumstance to promote empowerment and «attract» people in high-quality paths.
