Abstract
The essay, after a brief analysis of the distribution of competences between State and Regions on immigration, deals with the migratory phenomenon in the Liguria Region by examining the related regulatory framework of regional legislation (in particular regional law no. 7 of 2007) and the implementation of those regional provisions.
