Abstract

The essay analyzes some constitutional problems of immigration law in Italian experience for what concerns state and regional level. The main topic is the connection between individual rights protection and legislative and administrative competences of State and Regions. A peculiar attention is dedicated to local authorities and their link especially with regional level.
