Abstract

The death of the President of the Calabrian Regional Government led to the automatic dissolution of the Regional Council and the subsequent calling of elections. The elections were held only last October after many postponements due to the Sars-Cov-2 epidemic emergency. The Calabrian regional system, which has been subjected to considerable stress due to the succession of unforeseen events, has revealed numerous gaps. Some of these gaps are still not regulated by law, while other, even if they have been regulated by law, reveal some lacks.
