Abstract

The article analyses the reform projects of municipal and provincial law realized in articles by some professors of administrative sciences before the great change of the Italian political system. It is specifically about the project made at the University of Pavia, the socialist proposal, the project realized by the Istituto per la scienza dell'amministrazione pubblica (Milano) and the regulatory propositions of the group of work coordinated by M. S. Giannini (Roma).
