Abstract

The essay analyses the statutory legislation recently introduced in response to the ongoing pandemic caused by the virus Covid-19. The author focuses on elements such as the prohibition of dismissal, the introduction of instruments supporting workers’ incomes, the increased recourse to smart working, the use of paid leaves, and the discipline of health and safety at the workplace.
