Abstract

The essay, in retracing the debate on trade union freedom and the contractual and concerted dynamics for agents of police forces ad military bodies, in international and domestic law, is entertained on the profiles of novelty and the uncertainties of interpretation of the sentence of the Constitutional Court of 2018 and traces, finally, the possible scenario of legislative intervention, necessary for the interests of military bodies and desirable to revisit the trade union discipline for interests in the State police.
