Abstract
The article presents the retrospective overview on the debate held in 2016 in the journals affiliated with the International Association of Labour Law Journals (IALLJ). In their analysis, the authors decided to pay particular attention to the issues of effective enforcement of labour laws and efficiency of collective bargaining, challenges presented by the changing nature of employment, wages, poverty and income.
