Abstract

The author believes that, in the last thirty years, Italian labour law has been more and more dependent on the idea of certain left reformist parties, themselves subalterns to economic neoliberalism. In his opinion, Italian labour law could regain its autonomy if it would pay more attention to fundamental topics discussed by jurists as, for example, the role and the current meaning of legal certainty.
