Abstract

The article examines the connection between public procurement legislation and disadvantaged workers' promotion of employment. The analysis is focused on the reserved procurement (on sheltered employment programmes as well) and on social conditions for performance of contracts (on social award criteria as well). A particular attention is given to their enforcement through local regulation in connection with new directive 2014/24/Ue.
