Abstract

Since some years ago, there exists an Italian labour law formally unified at a national level although substantially diversified at a local level. In the Author's opinion the federalist reform, which confers values to the regional prerogatives, could be used to identify fair and useful differences, without undermining the worker's fundamental rights, which must be protected in the country as a whole.
