Abstract

The Author takes into consideration the question of representation of co-ordinated and continuous workers through the classical trade union organisations model. Some conditions must be examined on this regard, such as the social groups interested and the existence of a social demand with a collective dimension. The second question analysed is about the kind of representation Nidil, Alai and Cpo intend to offer: in the Author's opinion services supply (e.g. vocational training) without collective bargaining is not enough to build a large and effective representation of co-ordinated and continuous workers.
