Abstract
The essay deals with the main results of the social research regarding continuous co-ordinate workers. The Author reconstructs the reasons which brought the Italian historical Trade Union to create new forms of worker organisations for the representation of these workers. Finally, the Author describes the structures and targets of these new organisations.
