Abstract

Introducing the present section of the journal, devoted to a critical analysis of the recent legislation about employment and labour market, the author stresses some important issues: the placement services, the flexibility of hiring procedures, the uncertainty of some new employment contracts, the non clear role of collective bargaining. He concludes asking the question whether this new piece of legislation should be in the future simply cancelled or it will be necessary to distinguish what is really worth to cancel and what can be amended.
