Abstract
More than thirty years from the pivotal Act no. 125/1991, on substantial equal treatment between women and men, and in the aftermath of the recent Act no. 162/2021, the authors discuss the notion(s) of discrimination, re-thinking about the non-discrimination legal framework as well as on women’s work
