Abstract
The article aims to examine the text of the recent Agreement between the Italian State and Soka Gakkai. The Author investigates the current issues that have brought to the evolution of the Agreement regulatory tool within the Italian legal system, and provides the reader with information about the origin, the doctrine and worship practice of Soka Gakkai.
