Abstract

Lately, the public and scientific debate has frequently focused upon the problem of the relations between religious freedom and freedom of artistic expression, in particular as concerns equitable normative and jurisprudential solutions for cases of conflict between the requirements of respect for the religious faith, on the one hand, and artistic freedom, on the other. This balance is required by the existence of assets and interests protected by the Constitution, and concerns basically human beings' dignity and the protection of their identity.
