Abstract

In the last years several labor market reforms have been introduced in Italy. This ended to make the employment area a «non place», also as a consequence of the economic crisis. This situation is particulary challenging in a period when the religious needs of the workers are incresingly emerging in the workplace and the legislation against discrimination has been strengthened in Europe and introduced in the Italian multicultural context.
