The essay offers a critical reconstruction of the measures adopted by the Italian Government during the pandemic emergency, with specific regard to the suspension of school attendance and the introduction of Distance Learning (DL). In the face of a proliferation of inequalities, denounced (also) by ISTAT, we question the reasonableness and proportionality of the said measures, also by investigating the effectiveness of the tools aimed at protecting
the most fragile categories.
